Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service price.

Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and you will be charged the full session price.

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

Payment Policy

A credit card is required when booking your session. You may pay in full at the time of booking or at the end of your session.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. Cash payments are appreciated to help us avoid processing fees.

If you would like to work with us but cost is a barrier, please reach out. We'll do our best to find a way to make our services accessible to you.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for completed services.

Professional Conduct

We are committed to creating a respectful, professional environment.

Clients are expected to maintain appropriate behavior during sessions. Any inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session, with the full service price charged.

As practitioners, we uphold professional standards and ethical conduct in all interactions.

Complaints & Licensing

Moss and Mist Therapies LLC and its practitioners operate under Vermont state licensing for massage therapy. If you have concerns about professional conduct, you may file a complaint with the Vermont Office of Professional Regulation:

We respect and protect your privacy. All personal information shared on intake forms or during sessions is kept confidential and will only be disclosed with your consent or as required by law.
