Our Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24hours before the time of appointment will incur a fee 0f 50% of the scheduled service price.
Late & No-Show Policy
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full price of the session will be charged.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
Payment Policy
A credit card is required when booking your session. You have the option to pay in full at the time of booking or wait until the end of your session to make the payment.
Cash payments are greatly appreciated to help us avoid processing fees. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options.
If you would like to work with one of us but are financially strained, please reach out and we'll do our best to find a way to make our work accessible to you.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for completed services.
Client Conduct
Clients are expected to maintain appropriate behavior during their sessions. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the client will be charged the full price of service.
Therapist Conduct
We are committed to co-creating a sanctuary mutually safe for each of us.

Privacy & Confidentiality Policy
We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. All personal information shared on intake forms or during your sessions will be kept confidential. Information will only be disclosed with the client’s consent or as required by law.
